How to Make Up a Missed Club Meeting

A Rotary member is encouraged to have 100% attendance and if they can't make a home club meeting one week they can attend another clubs weekly meeting anywhere around the world or help with a Rotary project of attend a district Rotary event. 

 Other ways to get a make up include:

* Participating in the flag program (Normally only putting them out doesn't count as a meeting, so picking them up - 2nd Flag shift can count as a makeup)

* Giving Blood

* Participating in Meals on Wheels

* Attend an Arlington North West Rotary Board Meeting

* Participate in a club sponsored activity - Dictionary distribution to any of the 10 Elementary Schools we serve, setting up a teacher appreciation event, or help back acquire the supplies for our back to school teacher supply event.

* Participate in a district sponsored activity - Meetings, Conventions, etc

* Attend a Rotary International event - meetings, conventions, Foundation supported programs, etc.
