2002-2003 Theme

The 2002-03 RI President was Bhichai Rattakul, of Bangkok, Thailand. His theme was Sow the Seeds of Love - in our clubs, in our vocations, in our communities, and everywhere in our world. The best Rotary fellowship and service always comes from the heart. "When love is infused into our actions, we do not stop to question the time or money we are sacrificing. We are inspired to do more, to give more" he said.

The Rotary Convention was held in Brisbane, Austrailia.  President Elect John Miller attended the convention.

District Governor was Becky Downing of Breckenridge.

The District Conference was held at the Worthington Hotel in Fort Worth in May 2009.

Past President Barbara Carter began a 3 year term as Assistant Governor over the 7 Arlington Clubs.

Club President was Norma Burks.

Member John Miller received his first Paul Harris Fellow.
